the rooms were clean and good staff service
Great location close to Ball Arena and on the bus route to Union Station.
The biscuits and gravey were prolly.the best part all.the rest.of breakfast from the eggs to the pancakes and Sasuke patties every single.one of them.were cold and not kept warm in any way I b had to seriously microwave everything only thing hot was the coffee and the gravy and im.pretty sure. If your serving food there are standards you have to keep especially if your charging people 10 dollars.more to the cost of the room of someone's paying for it at least better be hot or warm.
Sheets were disgusting we had to ask for another set of sheets . The front desk had us go to the counter to get the sheets . Blood on the luggage carrier we asked for assistance and got ignored . Asked for assistance to check out 3 ladies speaking spanish not aware that my family speaks spanish as we stood there while they talked amongst themselves. Facility was just gross and for 100 a night id expect it to be clean and staff helpful
The hotel is in a prime location, 10 min away from downtown. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the wait time to check-in.

It was close to the Broncos stadium, and the employees at the front desk were very nice.
Location and proximity to the football stadium is the only thing I can say that was good.
Breakfast was not good the sausage patties were hard seemed like they were micro waved. Eggs were hot juice was good.
